  Overall objective is to increase our customers’ satisfaction and decrease costs of delivery by designing and implementing efficient operational processes and tools on the main UNIX operating systems on the market (HP-UX, Tru64, AIX, Linux, and Solaris).

  As a part of a team you will be responsible for standardizing information/technology solutions and associated processes and automating tasks. This involves driving or participating in projects that review existing solutions or design new ones based upon services defined, technical possibilities as well as the requirements of the Support teams. Next, you will realease these solutions to production, provide the proper documentation. Training of the target audience either through formal training or through workshops is optional.
