Soitron

After graduating in geodesy and cartography at VAAZ he has held various positions associated with performing and managing geodetic and cartographic assignments. Between 1986 and 1992 he worked as a chief analyst/programmer for digital processing and map creation while heading the automated map creation technology development. At the same time, Štěpán was studying information systems at the Department of Computers of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague. Moreover, he published in the field of object programming and systems engineering. 

As of 1992 Štěpán has worked as a systems engineer, solution architect, as well as the director of technology and managing director in SAS Praha which later transformed into ClarioNet, s.r.o. In the past 10 years he has focused primarily on identity management.

Following the merger of Soitron CZ, s.r.o. and ClarioNet, s.r.o., Štěpán has been the chief executive responsible for management of the newly incorporated company SOITRON s.r.o.

Michal Novák graduated from Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, with focus on telecommunications. He gained his previous experience mainly in technical positions in companies Azlan and Core Computer.

He has been working for Soitron since 2005 and gradually became a technical director and member of management preceded by system engineer and head of Cisco infrastructure team. He is responsible for the complex range of solutions for customers and technological focus of the company. 

Graduate of University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice.

In 2001 he joined ClarioNet as a systems engineer/consultant, where he went on to build a team charged with life cycle management and end point security. Later he became the head of technology department, and subsequently the Director of Technology in ClarioNet.

Following the merger of Soitron CZ s.r.o. and ClatioNet, s.r.o., Jan has been working as a Presales and Product Marketing Director.
