Command Center Specialist

Management of command center activities in 24/7 operation include:

- Monitoring of IT services

- 1st level support and troubleshooting assistance

- Incident tracking and escalation

- Communication with internal and external clients

- Communication with vendors and schema (VISA, MasterCard)

- Reports creation and other tasks required by daily business

- Working in 12hrs shifts

Personality assumptions and skills

- IT infrastructure overview and technical literacy

- Practical experience with IT monitoring services (helpful but not required)

- Highly professional communication skills (spoken, written)

- Strongly client and service delivery oriented

- Self organized, attention to details, ability to multi-task

- Works independently but also effectively as part of team

- English is a must

- Italian is advantage

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

University education (Bachelor's degree)

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Advanced (C1)
