  • Frontend Development Skills

    • React.js (4 - 6 years): Deep understanding of React fundamentals, including hooks, context API, component lifecycle, and performance optimization.
    • JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for type-safe development.
    • HTML5/CSS3/SASS/LESS: Ability to build responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UIs.
    • State Management: Experience with Redux, Zustand, or similar libraries for managing complex application state.
    • Testing: Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
    • Component Libraries: Experience with design systems and UI libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design).
    • Code Quality: Adherence to clean code principles, linting, and code review best practices.
  • Infrastructure & Architecture Skills

    • Micro-Frontend Architecture: Hands-on experience designing or contributing to micro-frontend systems using tools like Module Federation or Webpack 5.
    • Microservices Integration: Understanding of how frontend apps interact with microservices-based backends (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
    • CI/CD Pipelines: Familiarity with automated build and deployment pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
    • Containerization: Basic knowledge of Docker and how frontend apps are containerized and deployed.
    • Monitoring & Logging: Awareness of frontend observability tools (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, LogRocket).
  • Team Information

    • Poland located full-stack team of 10 engineers (Front/Back/QA/SM)
    • Goal is to migrate old platform used to govern 2000+ models used on Client’s Side from IBM OpenPages to new technology to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Work model: 40% work from office (~about 2 days WFO)
